Financial Sustainability Document

Saduni is supported by its own financial resources. Sources of income include tuition fees, state voucher funding, lease income, and other revenue generated through the school's economic activities. These resources ensure the payment of staff salaries, additional financial incentives for personnel, and the regular indexation of salaries.
The school also uses its financial resources to cover utility and other operating expenses. The remaining funds are directed toward the development of the school's material and technical base, the purchase of educational resources, and the procurement of sanitary and hygiene supplies. The school has the capacity to fully administer the goals and activities set out in the 2024-2025 one-year action plan.
The company's financial statements are prepared by an outsourced firm, and the statements are audited annually. According to the audited 2022 financial opinion, the company's financial statements fairly present its financial position as of December 31, 2022, in all material respects.
Saduni LLC publishes its financial statements annually on the website of the Accounting, Reporting, and Auditing Supervision Service: saras.gov.ge.
